I am so disappointed but won’t be wasting my money there again anytime soon. (Later I came upon several attendants chit-chatting with each other, so I guess this explains the lack of attention.) The extremely expensive restaurants are only open in the evening and other than the food court there is a noisy sports bar for food, so we went next door to Red Rose for a cheaper and better meal. an attendant happened to walk by and I stopped her. I stopped a security guard and he said he would look for one, still no response. A machine bound up and wouldn't print out a ticket and I pushed the button for service. In CT there are always bells going off with lucky winners, I can count on one hand the number I heard in the 2 hours I was there. After 2 hours at MGM and losing $100 I walked out and never looked back. I make out pretty well in CT, making my money last hours and more often than not coming home with more than I left with or having lost little. I play penny slots with the minimum bids. I'm not a heavy gambler I use fun money on slots. They made $27 million in the first month of operation and that is no surprise because their payouts stink. I went to MGM twice to give it a fair review and am ready to drive back to CT. I was thrilled to have this casino open in order to cut in half the drive time to the CT casinos.
